Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, covering the United States, Canada, European Union, Australia and other global regions. Local import duties, VAT and customs fees shall be borne by buyers in accordance with local customs regulations.

2. Processing Time

All orders require 2–5 business days of handling time for inspection, packaging and dispatch, excluding weekends and official holidays. Pre-order items will be marked with separate shipment timelines on product pages.

3. Delivery Time

  • US Domestic: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days
  • European Union: 10–20 business days

    Global delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather or logistics congestion, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fee Standard

Free shipping is available for orders over [fill your threshold, e.g. $89]. For orders below the threshold, fixed flat shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination country.

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking number to monitor your parcel. If your package shows lost or undelivered after 30 days, contact our support team to apply for re-delivery or partial compensation.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the package is returned due to wrong address, failed pickup or recipient refusal, buyers need to bear the round-trip logistics cost if requesting re-delivery.

7. Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship restricted goods prohibited by international customs. If customs detain your parcel, please cooperate with local customs for clearance; we cannot take responsibility for confiscated goods.
