Custom Sweatshirts (no hood), Hoodies (with hood and Pouch pocket) typically offer four embroidery positions:
On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right and middle chest
On the sleeve: Left or right sleeve (customizing both sides incurs an additional charge for one side)
On the back of the shirt: In the middle, or in the hood for hoodies.
Collar: Left, right, and center collar.

To embroider any of these positions, please place your order and indicate your preferences in the   or via an  . You can select the embroidery thread color and embroidery icon, and if a specific color or icon is not available, you can send it to us through a message.

For custom products, ensure clear and sharp images or follow the provided image instructions.
If we have already created a design but you wish to change it to another design, an additional fee of $5 will apply.
In the event that you decide to cancel your order after we have created a design, a partial refund of 70% of the total order will be issued.
We accept order cancellations within a 6-hour window from the time of purchase.
For APO addresses, additional shipping costs will be incurred. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the cost.

We accept resend or refund for wrong embroidery, embroidery errors, and wrong sizes caused by our store.
In case of missing parts in the embroidery order or incorrect shirt design, a refund of 10% to 50% will be provided.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us or lost in transit, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.
Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order.
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
