Embroidery Placement Options
Our custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees can be embroidered in up to four key areas:
Chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, or center chest
Sleeves: Left or right sleeve — one side is included; upgrade available for both
Back: Centered on the upper back
Hood (hoodies only): Inside or outside the hood

Care Tips
Keep your embroidery looking its best:
• Wash gently — machine on delicate or hand wash
• Always turn inside out to protect the threads
• Iron on low heat, and never directly on the embroidery

Shipping Info
      Processing Time
We craft and embroider your custom piece within 2–3 business days, depending on the design’s complexity.
      Delivery Options
• U.S. Orders – Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included
• International Orders – Delivered by DHL, FedEx, and more. Arrival time: usually 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Cancellations
We stand by our work and want you to love your item. Here’s how we handle issues:
Returns Accepted
We’ll gladly replace or refund items if:
• We made a mistake (wrong embroidery, wrong size, wrong shirt style)
• There’s a partial design error (missing details, wrong placement – 10%–50%)

Cancellations
• You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order
• After 12 hours, a 70% design fee applies, since your piece is already being prepared

Customization Add-ons & Service Fees
We offer flexible embroidery upgrades to fit your vision:
Outline Embroidery – $5 each
• Design change after proof is sent
• Second sleeve embroidery
• New placement or extra stitching
Full-Thread Embroidery – $10 each
• Complex design changes after proof
• Larger or more detailed added embroidery
These small fees help cover thread, time, and the extra care we put into every custom piece.
